Cancellation & Refund Policy
This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Thaif Mall, Kotakkal, Malappuram District, Kerala, India, selling fancy items, cosmetics, accessories, and related products (“Products”).
By placing an order through our online platform or payment gateway, the customer (“You/Customer”) agrees to the terms stated below.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
1.2. Once the order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier, the cancellation request will not be accepted.

1.4. Approval of cancellation is subject to confirmation from Thaif Mall.
2. Cancellation by Seller
2.1. Thaif Mall reserves the right to cancel an order due to:
Stock unavailability
Invalid or incomplete address
Payment failure
Suspected fraudulent activity
2.2. If the order is cancelled by Thaif Mall, a full refund will be issued.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method. Processing timeline may vary based on bank/payment gateway policies.
3.2. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the order was cancelled by Thaif Mall or delivered with an error from our side.
4. No Return or Exchange Policy (For Certain Products)
Due to the nature of products, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered and opened:
Cosmetics and beauty products
Personal care and hygiene items
Used or damaged products
Items without original packaging or labels
Only defective or wrong products delivered may be eligible for replacement.
5. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivered
5.1. If the product received is defective, broken, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with:
Clear photos and/or video evidence
Order number and delivery details
5.2 Important Video Requirements
- Video must be continuous and uncut
- If you suspect shipping damage, you must video record the unboxing process.
- Clearly demonstrate the defect or issue
5.3. If verified and approved, Thaif Mall will offer:
Replacement of product, or
Store credit of equal value
Refunds in such cases are issued only if replacement is not possible.
