4. Delivery Timeline

4.1 Standard Delivery

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

Other Cities: 5-7 business days

Rural/Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

4.2 Express Delivery (if available)

Metro Cities: 1-2 business days

Additional charges apply.

4.3 Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

The delivery timeline starts after order processing.

7. Delivery Process

Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

7.2 Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts.

You will be contacted before each attempt.

If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us.

7.3 Receiving Your Order

Photo ID may be required at delivery.

Inspect the package before accepting.

Report any visible damage immediately to the delivery person.

Sign the delivery receipt only after inspection.

8. Failed Delivery

Reasons for delivery failure:

Incorrect/incomplete address

Customer unavailable

Refusal to accept delivery

Premises locked

9. Non-Delivery/Lost Shipments

If your order is not delivered within the expected timeline:

Check tracking status on our website.

Refund or replacement will be provided if shipment is confirmed lost.

10. Damaged Shipments

Inspect the package upon delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

11. Multiple Items in Single Order

All items may be shipped together or separately.

Separate tracking numbers will be provided for split shipments.

No additional shipping charges for split shipments

The address can be changed before order is shipped.

Cancellation Policy

2. Cancellation by Customer

2.1 Before Shipment

You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not been shipped yet.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can:

2.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders can be cancelled before shipment

Simply refuse delivery if you no longer want the product

Repeated refusals may result in COD blocking for future orders
